MoVI Pro – The Best Got BETTER

The MoVI Pro is a fantastic new gimbal and we have designed a few custom parts to make it even more user friendly. Below you can find some short videos that show the new features.

We supply a low boy stand with a quick release to safely set up and dock the rig, with or without the ring or in low mode.

We have created a quick release bracket to safely mount a monitor, battery and wireless video link anywhere on the ring or onto the low mode handle. It has a ball joint to quickly adjust the monitor to any angle.

The Movi Pro feet that come with the ring are a nice idea however we felt that they are just not stable enough to safely set the rig down, especially with a larger camera and expensive lens! Therefore we have designed a triangle base which allows you to safely rest the rig on the ground, on a table or strap it down in a vehicle etc.

The kit comes with a custom made flight case which allows you to keep the camera rigged and balanced, you just place the gimbal on its base directly into the box with the supplied foam supports to keep everything safe. (NB: This is designed for road transport only, to fly it you will need to transport the camera separately.)

We recommend using the TV Logic 7″ Sunlight Readable monitor with the Movi Pro. As you can see in the video below its a lifesaver when shooting outside in strong daylight.

Below you can also find some short test videos. There is a test showing the auto focus (face tracking) on the C300 Mk II. As you can see its not perfect, a good focus puller is usually the preferred option but for a low cost run and gun set up its hard to beat. Also a Low Mode test shot.
